Hallie Andrews
Hallie Andrews is a printmaker and sculptor based in Northeast Mississippi. She received her Bachelor of Fine Art in Printmaking from Mississippi State University in May 2024. Interdisciplinary in her studies, Hallie uses natural and fantastical imagery to explore subject matter in realized, surreal, and fractured environments. Hallie’s works have qualified her for several achievements including a Dean of Students Collection award, two publications in The Hand Magazine, and several artist scholarships. She was recently awarded the Windgate Scholarship for Penland School of Craft where she was able to study under screenprint artist, Jay Ryan. As she progresses her portfolio for a graduate program, she also teaches ceramic lessons and recently began working for a nonprofit to grow her expertise in other fields.
